What Is the ALO 123 Request Management System?

The ALO 123 Request Management System is a citizen-focused request management system that brings the call centers of the institutions and organizations affiliated, related and associated with the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure together under shared software and a central structure, providing access from anywhere, for everyone.
It was launched to eliminate the access difficulties caused by different call center numbers and to answer citizens’ requests directly, from a single center and on time. The system makes it possible to manage call center services centrally, measure service quality, carry out analysis and reporting, and increase citizen satisfaction.
With the launch of the project, previously independent call centers were brought together under the ALO 123 umbrella, and call center services are now managed effectively and in an integrated way together with all digital channels.
